History & Hops is a monthly series at the Heurich House Museum, the former Dupont Circle home of D.C.’s most successful brewer Christian Heurich. This event, Every third Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30pm, has been revamped with even more insider access and knowledge. The museum partners with a local beer insider for house tours, beer tastings, and conversations about the beer industry.
Self-guided tours through Heurich’s well-preserved Victorian mansion will feature information about his brewery and the D.C. region’s rich brewing history. Admission includes tastings, snacks, self-guided tours of the museum, and access to local industry insiders to discuss the world of beer.
All proceeds benefit the preservation and growth of the Heurich House Museum. Guests must be 21 or older. Watch the WETA Neighborhoods clip on History & Hops!
